General
By using the Oslo Student Hub website and participating in our events, you agree to these terms of use. These terms may be changed without notice, and we encourage you to review them regularly
Registration and Payment
Companies wishing to participate in Oslo Student Hub must complete and submit a registration form via the website. After approval, a contract will be prepared and signed.
An invoice will be sent after the contract has been signed. The invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Failure to pay within this period will result in the cancellation of the contract, and the stand package will be made available to other companies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. To receive a full refund, cancellation must occur within 14 days after the invoice has been paid. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
Use of Content
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and belongs to Oslo Student Hub. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use the content without written permission from Oslo Student Hub.
Companies participating in the event grant Oslo Student Hub the right to use their name and logo in connection with the marketing and promotion of the event.
By participating in Oslo Student Hub, you agree that all photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Oslo Student Hub for future marketing and promotion, without further consent or compensation.
Privacy
Oslo Student Hub collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The information collected will only be used to manage the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
If TV, food, or other equipment for the stand is ordered, you agree that company information may be shared with third parties for that purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Oslo Student Hub is not responsible for any loss, damage, or costs incurred in connection with participation in the event. Companies and students participate at their own risk.
We reserve the right to cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances occur. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from participation in Oslo Student Hub or the use of the website shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law.
